REGISTRATION
It takes courage to join a group and talk about our struggles, but it is worth the effort. All participants in the groups have difficulties with anxiety so we see ourselves in others, we understand and help each other respectfully and with confidentiality.
All groups are limited to eight or ten participants with two facilitators. Our services are free of charge. However, a $10 membership fee is required for all adults and for one parent in the case of youth workshops. In most adult workshops, the participant must also pay $30 for the workbook. Specific workshop times and locations are indicated in the schedule below and are confirmed by the workshop facilitator after registration.

Meetings take place in different rooms depending on the workshop: at the Centre Jean-Marc Ducharme, 21 Rue Louise-Josephte, Vaudreuil-Dorion, at the Multicentre Saint-Charles, 418 avenue Saint-Charles, Vaudreuil-Dorion or at 195 rue Principale, Les Coteaux.
