REGISTRATION

It takes courage to join a group and talk about your difficulties but it is worth it to invest in yourself. As participants, we see ourselves in others, understand each other and help each other with respect and confidentiality.

Regular workshops are two hours a week for 10 weeks. The intensive workshops take place over two days, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our services are free. However, in order to attend our workshops, a participant must pay $30 for the workbook and $10 to become a member of Le Versant.

SCHEDULE  -   The Spring session 2021

This Spring, some workshops are held in person and others are by videoconference.

In English, the subject Taming Our Emotions is taking place by videoconference, on Tuesday evenings. To register, one must have completed the first subject, The Global Approach.

To follow the instructions of the Quebec Public Health organization, the groups are limited to eight participants with two facilitators. The meetings held in person rigorously follow all the rules about face covering, staying two meters apart, washing hands and sanitizing the occupied space.

In French, one subjects is given in person so is the weekend intensive workshop for young adults age 18-30. The five-week two hours workshop for parents and the other regular subjects remain by videoconference. These require a proper device to connect to Zoom and behavior rules apply. A short meeting in presence takes place for the participants registered in the videoconference workshops in order to complete their registration.

All the meetings in presence are held at the CDC V-S, Corporation de développement communautaire de Vaudreuil-Soulanges at 10 St-Louis, Vaudreuil-Dorion.

To register, click on the colored link of the workshop you have chosen and complete the form that will appear. As you know, the workshop The Global Approach to Anxiety Disorders must be completed before you can take the other subjects – except the French workshop for parents.

You are welcome to the workshops in French if you can master reading and talking in that language.
For the complete schedule of all workshops, please refer to the French part of this web site and click on the "INSCRIPTION" tab.
