It takes courage to join a group and talk about your difficulties but it is worth it to invest in yourself. As participants, we see ourselves in others, understand each other and help each other with respect and confidentiality.

Regular workshops are two hours a week for 10 weeks. The intensive workshops take place over two days, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our services are free. However, in order to attend our workshops, a participant must pay $30 for the workbook and $10 to become a member of Le Versant.

Schedule for the Autumn Session.

We follow the Quebec Public Health organization instructions as soon as they are announced. At the time this scheduled is published online, the rules are as follows:

Workshops held in person: The groups are limited to eight participants with two facilitators. The meetings follow all rules about face covering, staying apart, washing hands and sanitizing the occupied space. If different rules apply, the facilitators will explain them.

Workshops help by videoconference: These require a proper device to connect to Zoom. Behavior rules are enforced. A short meeting in presence takes place for the participants registered in these workshops in order to complete their registration.

The meetings in person are held at the Pavillon Normand-Desjardins, Dorion-Gardens Park, 671 Valois, Vaudreuil-Dorion.

To register, click on the colored link of the workshop you have chosen and complete the form that will appear. As you know, the workshop The Global Approach to Anxiety Disorders must be completed before you can take the other subjects.

You are welcome to the workshops in French if you can master reading and talking in that language.
For the complete schedule of all workshops, please refer to the French part of this web site and click on the "INSCRIPTION" tab.
